Customer Services / Administration Assistant

Our client based in South Auckland requires an admin. assistant / customer services person to join their busy Transport and Logistics company.

Hours are: Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm

You will be responsible for:

Inbound / Outbound calls
Returning emails
Confirming orders with customers
Picking urgent orders when necessary
and any other duties as required.

Ideally you should have:

Advanced computer skills
A basic understanding of logistics
The ability to learn a new in-house system
Attention to detail
Oraganisation skills and reliabliity
