We are in search of an enthusiastic team player, with food production experience

Working in a team environment this role will cover all areas roasting, blending and packaging coffee. Rotating through the plant you will be trained in all roles ensuring variety in your working week.

You will have: 

• Reliability

• Willingness to work hard and get stuff done attitude

• Food production experience with a focus on hygiene.

• A demonstrated eye for detail to ensure a high quality of product is delivered.

 The Role:

• Keep yourself and your peers safe and well! Always!

• Ensure product is manufactured to required parameters

• Learn all facets of the production process.

• Keep our manufacturing area clean and shiny

• Suggest any opportunities for improvement

• Get involved – in everything through both the warehouse and production areas.
