Meat Workers required

We are now hiring experienced and entry level seasonal meat workers for various areas of production kicking off as soon as possible.

Current positions:

  • 3x Mutton Slaughter

  • 3x Beef Slaughter

  • 8x Ancilliers

  • 5x Freezer Storeman – Counter Balance Operators


We are also looking for the following skill sets for other areas:

  • Knife Hands

  • Boners

  • Slicers

  • Butchers

  • Meat Packers

  • Line Runners

  • General Hand/Cleaners


Additional to skill sets:

  • Slicing meat to Customer specifications

  • Bone Beef to Customer specifications

  • Prepare Primal for slicing, Trim Carcass to specifications (Knife hands)

  • Previous demonstrated experience in a butchering or meat processing role will be highly regarded.

  • Previous Knife Hand, Boning, Slaughtering experience and skills in a large scale processing environment.

  • Previous meat packing or retail meat preparation experience.

  • Experience operating Band Saw or Mincers within a processing environment.

  • Ability to lift items up to 20kg in a continuous cycle.

  • Physically fit with the ability to work within a highly proactive and successful team.

  • Ability to pass a 'Drug and Alcohol' screen - 100% Drug & Alcohol free site.


Shifts are early morning starts and late finishes and vice versa – up to 12 hour shifts on your feet.
