Our client based in East Tamaki is looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service / Operations Office Administrator.
The culture of the company is very friendly and laid back, they like to have a laugh, while still getting the job done. Coffee flows freely! There is training involved in Australia, and the potential of more oversea's travel in the job.
Processing of files for import and export cargoes.
Arranging transport of freight as required
Liaise with Service Providers(Transporters / MPI / Stevedores / Washbays)
Ensure cargo flows without delay
Filling of Jobs
Invoicing of charges to customers
Miscellaneous duties as required
A current drivers licence is a must.
Hours of work:
Mon to Fri - 8.00am till 4.30pm – however the start time can be flexible
Applicants must be eligible to work in NZ.
