Customer Service / Operations Office Administrator - perm role

Our client based in East Tamaki is looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service / Operations Office Administrator. 

The culture of the company is very friendly and laid back, they like to have a laugh, while still getting the job done. Coffee flows freely! There is training involved in Australia, and the potential of more oversea's travel in the job.

Job description:

  • Processing of files for import and export cargoes.

  • Arranging transport of freight as required

  • Liaise with Service Providers(Transporters / MPI / Stevedores / Washbays)

  • Ensure cargo flows without delay

  • Filling of Jobs

  • Invoicing of charges to customers

  • Miscellaneous duties as required

  • A current drivers licence is a must.

Hours of work:
Mon to Fri - 8.00am till 4.30pm – however the start time can be flexible
